Trinity Lutheran Preschool
Program Information
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for three, four, and five year olds. The child must be three years of age by August 31st and toilet trained. Acceptance into the program is based on space availability.
What do we do in our preschool?
The daily schedule includes:
Free Play
Learning Centers
Circle Time: prayers, greeting, weekly theme activities.
Snack Time
Motor Skills: music, creative movement, group games, outside play
Closing: stories, finger plays, prayers, sharing.
Pastor Iben or other church staff leads a 15-minute chapel service once a week during the free play time.
When is preschool held?
The Trinity Lutheran Preschool operates September - May. The preschool holds two sessions:
Session 1: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
(This session includes 1/2 hour of pre-kindergarten work everyday (literacy, writing, and math). Also, students bring their lunch to this session.
Session 2: Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
